PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on May 12th, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding an application for a special use permit by Liberty Barrel Brewing Company, for a brewery upstairs for 190 Mill Street Liberty, NY. 12754. Said property is also identified by tax map number 115-1-19.

All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.
