PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Liberty Planning Board will hold a Public
Hearing on June 9th, 2022, at 6:05 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North
Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding an
application for a Change of Use by 74 N. Main LLC, for change from business
occupancy use to use as an Ice Cream Truck business with an associated commissary
(which must be approved by the NYS Department of Health) for 74 N. Main Street
Liberty, NY. 12754. Said property is also identified by tax map number 108-11-6.
All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.
