NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the Village of Woodridge Planning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 7:10pm at the Woodridge Municipal Hall 2 Dairyland Road, Woodridge, NY 12789. To Consider the application of Woodfall Estates LLC, for a proposed residential land development with 141 units, consisting of 68 duplex buildings, two 1-unit buildings, one caretaker house, one community building, three playgrounds, and a water tank area 150X150 for the Village Water System. Located between 16 and 24 Lew Street.

This application relates to the Village of Woodridge Tax Parcel Sections 102-2-20.1, 103-2.7, 30

and 31. At said time and place all those interested in the subject matter of this application will be

heard.
