NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village of Wurtsboro will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the Village Hall, 7 Pennsylvania Avenue, Wurtsboro, New York 12790, to discuss the following proposed Local Law:

LOCAL LAW #2 OF 2022 TO OVERRIDE THE TAX CAP LIMIT

pursuant to subdivision 5 of General Municipal Law Section 3-c.

Immediately to follow, the Village Board will hold a Special Meeting to adopt said law.
