Livingston Manor—The Livingston Manor and Roscoe Central School Districts are excited to announce a Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, January 9 at 6 p.m. at the Livingston Manor Central School auditorium to discuss the formation of the newly-established school board.

This event will allow residents, families, and community stakeholders to learn more about this merger and the formation of the new seven-member school board.

The Town Hall will be hosted by Livingston Manor and Roscoe School Superintendent John Evans, alongside District Superintendent of Sullivan BOCES Dr. Robert M. Dufour.

The session will provide an overview of the unification process of establishing a new board. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions and share their perspectives on this important transition.

“This is an exciting time for our community as we come together to build a unified school district,” said Superintendent Evans. “We encourage everyone to join us, stay informed, and help shape the future of the district and the new board.”

The meeting will also highlight upcoming milestones in the merger process and provide information on how residents can stay involved.

The school districts encourage all members of the Livingston Manor and Roscoe communities to attend.

“Together, we can ensure a seamless transition and a bright future for our students,” Superindent Evans said.
