MONTICELLO – On the afternoon of May 17, a newly formed group “Neighbors of Faith” shared in a prayer walk through Monticello. We were blessed to have folks join us from Temple Shalom, St. John’s Episcopal Church, St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Kenoza Lake UMC, Jeffersonville UMC and Monticello UMC. The group stopped along their journey to pray for businesses, first responders, education facilities, and all our brothers and sisters of many faith traditions. A short interfaith service was held following the walk, in front of the government center.
