LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Article 6, Section 108 for the New York State Election Law, that a democratic party caucus will be held at the Fremont Ball Field, 29 Newman Hill, Fremont Center 12736, in the Town of Fremont, at 6 pm. County of Sullivan, state of New York on the 19th day of July, 2022. The caucus is called for the purpose of nominated candidates to fill existing vacancies for the town elections to be held on November 8, 2022.

Offices to be voted on: Town Justice.

(There may be other vacancies after posting because of resignations and/or deaths.)
