Public Housing Lease

Availability for Review/Public Hearing

Please be advised that the Monticello Housing Authority is updating its Public Housing Lease. It is available for review and inspection in the office of the Authority from 12/10/2025 until 1/9/26. Parties interested in reviewing the lease should call 845-794-6855 to arrange an appointment. A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. at the office of the Authority, Community Room, 76 Evergreen Dr., Monticello, NY 12701, to accept public comments and adopt said lease.
