NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Monticello.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Monticello will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 7th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at Village Hall located at 2 Pleasant Street, Monticello, NY regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Monticello and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the

Village/Town Clerk’s office, 2 Pleasant Street, Monticello, New York. At such Public

Hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be

taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
