NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Planning Board of the Town of Mamakating will hold a Public Hearing on the 12th day of July, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard concerning the application of:

KL Enterprises (Kevin Lechner) on behalf of Michael & Flora Graham for a proposed Site Plan and Special Use for Public Utility of (2) 30,000-gallon propane storage tanks and a 12 x 12 power utility building. The property is located on McDonald Road. Tax Map Section 26; Block 1; Lot 22.2, is approximately 4.76 acres, and lies within the Airport Development Zone and Mountain Greenbelt Zone

The application is available for review Monday thru Friday via email, building@mamakating.org, or via appointment.

The Planning Board will hear all persons interested at the aforementioned time and place.
