NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Town Board, Town of Fremont will meet and hold a public hearing on Local Law #1-2022 to change the amount of income property owners may earn for the purpose of eligibility for property tax exemption for persons over 65 years of age and persons with disabilities and limited income from $29,000 to $40,000 beginning 01/01/2023. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 7:10 pm. All interested parties will be heard.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of the proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town Clerk's Office at 12 County Road 95, Fremont Center, NY.
