Notice of Resolution Adopted Subject to Permissive Referendum

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Loch Sheldrake Fire District, at a regular meeting thereof, held on March 10, 2022 duly adopted the following resolutions subject to a permissive referendum.

Resolution #1

A resolution authorizing the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Loch Sheldrake Fire District to expend monies from the Vehicle, Equip. & Apparatus IMM #5548 for purchase of 6 new Scott Pak Bottles not to exceed $7,000.00 (Seven thousand dollars).

Be it resolved by Board of Fire Commissions of the Loch Sheldrake Fire District as follows:

Section 1. Pursuant to section 6 - G subdivision 7 of the General Municipal Law, the monies authorized for this expenditure shall be paid from Vehicle, Equip. & Apparatus IMM #5548.
