NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Please take notice, the Town Board of the Town of Callicoon will accept sealed bids for the following materials:

All items priced FOB at plant & delivered to Town Stockpile on Wahl Road, Jeffersonville, NY.

All items must meet State Specifications and must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Stone Bid or Asphalt Bid on the outside of the envelope. The attention of the bidders is particularly called to the non-collusive bid certificate and the bid proposal provision on Civil Rights Employment Policy, which must be provided. All Bids will be from May 15, 2022 through May 13, 2023.

Bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Town Clerk at 19 Legion Street, Jeffersonville, NY, 845-482-5390 Ext. 300 on the 11th day of April, 2022, during regular business hours or until 7:30 pm, delivered to the Town Clerk prior to the start of the meeting and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:30 pm the same date at the Town Hall, Jeffersonville, NY. All bids will be awarded at the May 9, 2022, Regular Town Board Meeting.

The Town of Callicoon reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept only those most advantageous to the Town. We also reserve the right to use the County and/or State bid at the Town's discretion.
