NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Forestburgh, Sullivan County, New York will receive sealed bids for the following:

TOWN HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT

Site Location: 332 King, Forestburgh, New York 12777

Bids will be received at the Town Clerk's Office, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, New York 12777 until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at which date and hour all bids will be opened publicly.

Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk at the above address and all bids are subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "Town Hall Roof Replacement". The project is subject to New York State prevailing wage requirements. All bids must include a prevailing wage statement and must be accompanied by a statement of Non-Collusion as required by §103 of the General Municipal Law. The Town Board of the Town of Forestburgh reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to re-advertise for new bids in its sole discretion.
