Down for a day trip to the Big Apple but worried about parking and traffic? Can’t quite seem to get a ride secured? Worry not any longer, as with the new daily bus program out of the Villa Roma Resort in Callicoon, your main character moment in New York City is just a ticket and a short ride away.

One of the coolest parts about this new route is that the Coach Bus will make a pick up and drop off in Monticello in addition to the hotel. This new connection to one of the most culturally and economically important cities on the globe is just another step in the right direction for Sullivan County, especially as businesses and industries push and advocate for the region.

The bus schedule, every day, includes leaving the Port Authority terminal in New York City at 9:30 a.m., hitting the Monticello Terminal at 11:30 a.m. and arriving at the Villa Roma at 12:05 p.m. The bus then leaves the Villa Roma at 1:30 p.m. sharp, arriving in Monticello at 2 p.m. to pick up more passengers before arriving back at Port Authority at 4 p.m.

This undertaking to ensure direct transportation to and out of the city deserves a shout out to Villa Roma owner and Chairman Sandeep Wadhwa and everyone who will work to make sure people get from point A to point B. There is always more room for economic growth within the county, and this direct line gives a great chance at expanding that even further.
