SULLIVAN COUNTY–  Girls varsity soccer sectionals are set to begin this week. The Rockland Wolves have been named Section IX Class D champions and are awaiting their next opponent for regionals, which is to be announced. In the Class C bracket, Sullivan West is the top seed and will face the winner of the matchup between the Tri-Valley Bears and the Seward Sawyers. If the Bears win, it could lead to a rematch against the Bulldogs, as the Tri-Valley Bears previously defeated the Bulldogs 1-0 earlier this month.
