Nick Rusin, Town of Liberty Supervisor’s Confidential Secretary, supplied the free-to-rent snowshoes to traverse the tricky trail.

Returning for the 5th year, the O&W Rail Trail Alliance teamed up with the Town of Liberty to host the annual SnO&W Snowshoe Walk and Hike in Parksville on Saturday.

With temps reaching the 40’s with snow on the ground, numerous individuals, families and firefighter organizations took the 1.3 mile one-way hike and back next to the Little Beaver Kill creek.
