Narrowsburg — The Narrowsburg Farmers’ Market invites the community to come together for Soup for Good, a heartwarming fundraiser in support of the Narrowsburg Ecumenical Food Pantry, which serves 50 local families within a 10-mile radius.
The event will be held on Saturday, October 11, 10am-1pm, rain or shine, at the Narrowsburg Farmers’ Market (7 Erie Avenue, Narrowsburg, behind the Narrowsburg Union).
Guests can enjoy a hot cup of Ginger Carrot Soup or Chicken Noodle Soup prepared with love by Chefs Shane and Nikki from Dyberry Forks in Honesdale, PA.
Each serving will be accompanied by local farm-fresh sides — with two options available:
Cup of Soup – $10
Soup, Bread, Apple & Cookie – $15
Whether enjoyed on-site or taken to go, every bowl helps make a difference.
100% of the proceeds will benefit the Holiday Meal Program, helping local families enjoy a nourishing holiday season.
The event will feature live music by Ramona Jan & Deerheart and Heart’s Song, creating a joyful, community-centered atmosphere.
Farm and food donations generously come from: Four Story Hill Farm, Willow Wisp Organic Farm, Sprouting Dreams Farm, Trapani Farms, Cakes & Scones Bakery, and Soraia’s Kitchen.
“Soup for Good is more than a fundraiser,” says Market Staff. “It’s a chance for neighbors to gather, share a meal, and support families in our community with dignity and love.”
This event is sponsored and supported by the Narrowsburg Farmers’ Market, Dyberry Forks, and the Narrowsburg Ecumenical Food Pantry.
The Narrowsburg Farmers’ Market is open through October 25, 10 a.m.–1 p.m., rain or shine, behind the Narrowsburg Union.
