MONTICELLO – The Reverend Dr. Meg Stapleton Smith and parishioners of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Monticello celebrated the church’s annual Community Mass and reception honoring Sullivan Co. Firefighters, Law Enforcement, First Responders and Veterans.

Rev. Meg shared prayers of thanks for their selfless service “looking beyond the risk for the sake of those who need their help and protection” and asking God’s “shielding hand over them” and their loved ones.
