JEFFERSONVILLE – Two dozen community members gathered for the Sue Kohler Memorial Reading Nook dedication on June 18^th at the Jeffersonville Branch. The afternoon was spent sharing memories about the dozens of book sales Sue coordinated over the past four decades, the thousands of boxes of books she sorted and stored in her garage, and the unparalleled generosity of time she gave to the community and the library.

The reading nook includes a book sale shelf as a way to remember Sue and honor her legacy.  Thank you to all the donors and the Friends of the Western Sullivan Public Library for their contributions that helped create this space.
