Sullivan County – Western Sullivan Public Library (WSPL) is offering two opportunities for our community to join this year’s Great Give Back. The mission of The Great Give Back is to provide opportunities for the patrons of the Public Libraries of New York State to participate in meaningful, service-oriented experiences.

All WSPL branches are collecting diapers for the Diaper Bank of Orange Ulster Sullivan in October. Drop off new packages of diapers at our Callicoon, Jeffersonville, or Narrowsburg locations from October 1st through 31st.  There is a high need for sizes 3-7. This year, more than ever, our community needs our help. Please consider helping those in need by donating to our Diaper Drive.

Another way to give back is to create holiday, greeting, or thinking of you cards for our local seniors that will be distributed through Sullivan County's Office of the Aging Meals on Wheels program. Each branch will have supplies, paper, and cards available during October and November.  All ages are welcome to make as many cards as they would like.  Stop by our three branches, create cards for your neighbors, and feel good about giving back to your community.
