MARGARETVILLE — Eight Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties real estate agents were recently honored for their sales achievements during 2025.

Melissa Wakin-Mostert, who works out of the company’s Delhi office, earned International President’s Circle status, an elite honor awarded to the top-performing sales professional within the global Coldwell Banker network. Individual agents who qualify for this award rank within the top four percent of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Four Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties were honored for achieving International Diamond Society status, representing the top 7-14 percent of agents in the company’s global network. Honorees include Jeffrey Ashton (Margaretville office), Jill Lehmann (Delhi office), and Pauline “Polly” Trottier and Shelly Nichols (both from Sidney office).

Earning International Sterling Society honors for their sales achievements in 2025 were Stephen Kaminsky (Walton office), Leah Long (Oneonta office), and Jacqlene Rose (Sidney office). These individuals’ sales totals ranked within the top 11-16 percent of Coldwell Banker’s global sales agents.

Among the longest tenured real estate companies in the region, Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties is marking its 55th year. The agency was founded in 1971 by Eric Wedemeyer and has steadily grown its regional footprint, while also becoming an industry leader in technological innovation.
