ROSCOE – David Grant, of Roscoe, NY, was recently honored by the Northeast Chapter of Quilts of Valor at a ceremony held during the chapter’s meeting in Trucksville, PA. The patriotic handmade quilt presented to the honoree recognizes the awardee for the sacrifices during his service to our country.
