Honesdale, PA — The sun will come out this November when Wayne Highlands Middle School students present Annie Jr., a family-friendly musical full of heart and hope. Performances will take place Friday, November 21, and Saturday, November 22, at 7:00 p.m. at the Honesdale Performing Arts Center.
Directed by first-time director Lorissa M. Taraschuk, Annie Jr. tells the story of a spirited young orphan who never gives up on finding her family. With classic songs like “It’s the Hard-Knock Life” and “Tomorrow,” this beloved show will delight audiences of all ages.
“I am so proud of these students,” said Taraschuk. “Their energy, teamwork, and joy have made this process unforgettable.”
Featuring a talented cast and crew of Wayne Highlands Middle School students, the production promises laughter, music, and inspiration for the whole community.
