HURLEYVILLE – The little Duckies are all confused. They have been practicing, exercising, paddling, and flapping for weeks in preparation for the BIG EVENT scheduled for Saturday, July 4. The BIG EVENT was to coincide with the Town of Fallsburg’s July 4th celebration, which was to be held, coincidentally, on July 4th. The ducks have now learned that date has changed.

The July 4th celebration at Morningside Park in Hurleyville, NY is now going to be held on July 5th. The Duckys were all aflutter. Lucy Luckinbill and Mallard Fillmore got into quite the heated duckscussion. Each had their own good points, but in the end, it was decided that they wanted as many people rooting them on as possible. They are, therefore, moving the date of the Duck Race to July 5^th. All tickets sold for the race will be honored on July 5th.

We hope you can join in on the festivities starting at 2 p.m.: Live Entertainment, Bounce Houses, Vendors, Paddle Boats, DJ – Dance Party, Bonfire, Fireworks. Don’t forget the Duck Race. Root on your favorite ducktestant. It should be great fun!
