You're expecting 70% to be done by 2030, 8 years, and by 2040 18 years to be 100% emission free. I don't see it as it's too short a time period for NY to do anything. Now money will be reinvested and energy prices will come down and we will save money, don't see that either by the way that things have worked for decades financially. Carbon TAX was said when it came out will be costly and that will hit the lower income base as usual. You are sounding like a stock or timeshare salesman.

You say good, green jobs - how good wages wise and then you'll need degrees and etc.

If NYS did this but you have all of those countries that won't, won't change much in th pollution made like now.
