The Hon. Harold Bauman of the Town of Liberty, member of the Sullivan County Magistrates Association, received the New York State “Magistrate of the Year Award” at this year’s conference in Niagara Falls on September 28. Judge Bauman is retiring this year after serving 16 years on the bench as a Town Justice.
