HARRIS — Garnet Health Foundation – Catskills is pleased to announce a Fly-Fishing Clinic to benefit Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills. The event will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, (rain or shine), at the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum (1301 Old Route 17, Livingston Manor, NY 12758).

The cost is $75 per person and includes instruction for fly-rod casting, fly tying and fly-fishing fundamentals, as well as a bamboo fly-rod handcrafting studio and museum tour plus a one-year membership to the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum (valued at $40). Additionally, lunch will be provided and will include spirits, music and a message from Garnet Health leaders.

“This event is fast becoming one of our most popular and anticipated fundraising events,” said Deanna Schultz, manager of philanthropy, Garnet Health Foundation – Catskills. “We want to thank the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum for their continued support and look forward to joining friends, colleagues and community members for an educational and enjoyable afternoon. All proceeds will benefit Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills and the incredible services they provide to the residents of Sullivan County.”

Sponsorships are available. For more information and to register, visit garnethealth.org/flyfishing.
