Meditate Sullivan County is a local initiative inspired by the national Meditate America campaign launched by the David Lynch Foundation. It aims to make the evidence-based Transcendental Meditation technique available to those facing high levels of stress – including healthcare workers, veterans, edu-cators, and underserved populations – and to support the health and wellness of the entire community. In Sullivan County, the campaign is led by certified TM teachers who offer free introductory lectures.
