Garnet Health announces Leadership Promotions

MIDDLETOWN – Garnet Health, which includes Garnet Health Medical Center, Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills, Garnet Health Doctors, Garnet Health Urgent Care, Garnet Health Foundation and Garnet Health Foundation – Catskills, is pleased to announce the following promotions.
Christine Ammendolea has been promoted to Director of Patient Financial Services for Garnet Health Medical Center and Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills. In this role, Ms. Ammendolea oversees all functions of the hospital patient accounting office, including timely and accurate billing, collections, customer service, insurance carrier denial follow-up and cash posting. Ms. Ammendolea has been with the organization since 2019 and has held the position of Manager of Revenue Integrity.
Christine Goodhart has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources Operations for Garnet Health. In this role, Ms. Goodhart has oversight of all daily operations in the Human Resources and Payroll Departments for the health system. Ms. Goodhart joined Garnet Health in 2009 and most recently held the position of Senior Administrator in Human Resources.
Eileen Kammerer has been promoted to Manager of Employee and Labor Relations for Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills. In this role, Ms. Kammerer is responsible for all employee and labor issues, as well as Human Resources operations at the Harris and Callicoon campuses. Ms. Kammerer has been with the organization since 2018 and has held the position of Human Resources Business Partner.
