JEFFERSONVILLE — Jeff Bank announced at its Organizational Meeting held on Tuesday, February 27 the following promotions: Claire Taggart to the role of Senior Vice President; and Jillian Bertot, Kelsey Conklin, Ursula Curry, Jill Goodall, and Mark Nelson to the roles of Assistant Vice President.

Claire Taggart is the Director of Human Resources and has been with the Bank since 2008. Mrs. Taggart is a member of the board of the Sullivan County Workforce Development and the Secretary to their executive board. Mrs. Taggart holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from New England College of Business and Finance and is credentialed as a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) through HR Certification Institute.

Jillian Bertot is the Branch Manager of the Eldred Office and has been with the Bank since 2008. Mrs. Bertot is a member of the Town of Highland Lions Club. Mrs. Bertot has previously worked as Teller, Senior Teller, Financial Service Representative, and Assistant Branch Manager. Mrs. Bertot holds an Associates Degree in Communication from Orange County Community College.

Kelsey Conklin is the Assistant Loan Servicing Manager and has been with the Bank since 2013. Mrs. Conklin is a member of Leadership Sullivan’s Class of 2024. Mrs. Conklin previously worked as a Teller, Senior Teller, Loan Servicing Clerk, and Loan Servicing Representative. Mrs. Conklin holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Delhi.

Ursula Curry is the Assistant Deposit Operations Manager and has been with the Bank since 2004. Mrs. Curry is a member of the Leadership Sullivan Foundation. Mrs. Curry has previously worked as a Proof Operator, Bookkeeper, and Deposit Operations Specialist. Mrs. Curry holds an Associates Degree from Sullivan County Community College.

Jill Goodall is the Commercial Loan Administrator and has been with the Bank since 2012. Mrs. Goodall is a member of the Jeffersonville Lions Club and an AYSO Soccer Coach. Mrs. Goodall previously worked as a Senior Teller, Head Teller, and Commercial Loan Processor. Mrs. Goodall holds a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Arts and History from Colorado State University.

Mark Nelson is the Senior Network Engineer and has been with the Bank since 2021. Mr. Nelson is a member of the Arc Greater Hudson Valley Foundation and Esperanto USA. Mr. Nelson holds Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from University at Albany.
