The Jeff Jamboree and Tractor Parade brought Jeffersonville another wonderful fun-filled day!
Thank you to everyone that participated during the day and to all of you that came out to help make the day a success! Families had fun getting rides with Butch and his beautiful draft horse team and petting and enjoying Fritz’s cute little donkey. The live music provided by the Little Sparrow group was enjoyed by everyone and the 1st Presbyterian Church fed lots of people their delicious Pancake breakfast! Jim Hughson once again organized the tractor parade and had lots of younger drivers this year. Thank you to Nancy from her Solstice and Ash Mystic Shoppe who donated 10% of her day’s profits to the JEMS beautification group for their projects! True community spirit!
Tomorrow the North Branch Fire Department is holding a Drive-Thru Chicken BBQ at 20 North Branch Rd, North Branch. It begins at 1 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m. or sold out. Takeout only for $15. Come on out and support your volunteers while you enjoy a delicious dinner you don’t have to make!
Photography returns to the streets, storefronts and public spaces of Jeffersonville this fall with the 2026 Jeff Foto Fest, taking place October 1–18 throughout the village. Jeff Foto Fest is a community-wide celebration of photography that transforms Jeffersonville into an open-air gallery. Photographs will be displayed in local businesses, storefront windows, restaurants, public spaces, fences and digital displays, inviting residents and visitors to experience photography as they move through town.
The festival brings together professional photographers, fine-art photographers, local artists, students and photographers connected to the Eddie Adams Workshop, which has been part of the Jeffersonville community for decades. The festival is supported in part by the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA).
Nancy from the Solstice and Ash Mystic Shoppe is sponsoring a Jeffersonville Scarecrow Stroll, asking our Main Street businesses in Jeffersonville to build a Scarecrow themed to their businesses, putting it up by October 10. A QR code will be somewhere on the Scarecrow for people to vote with the winning Scarecrow announced on Halloween with the winning business receiving a trophy. What a great idea for more fun in town!
