It's that time of year again when I get to wish my friend THE JUDGE a very happy and healthy birthday. Whenever you run into Bob Meyer it always puts a smile on your face. He is just that type of person who can tell a great story, because he uses different accents. Once I was collecting taxes in the old town hall and he called me up on the payphone using a very heavy Italian accent, telling me he did not get his tax bill. About 15 minutes later he comes walking in with a pizza for me and my husband cracking up.

If you are taking a ride around the lake and something looks different, 52 & County Route 116 is missing a big white house. The Lynnwood building the West Shore is no more, it was taken down. If you go onto the Facebook page by Paul Genco Lake Huntington NY you can see pictures and read peoples' stories. You can also enjoy the photos Paul takes of the people out their ice fishing.

When I was on Facebook, Vanessa Reeves of Vanessa Cleaning Service put up pictures of the Army hockey game at West Point that the Cochecton Youth Commission (CYC) went to. She said it was a great time and can't wait to go back again. CYC added so many more events, too many to list, but you can go on to their Facebook page and check it out.
