JOINT FUEL BID OPENING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Liberty will receive sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. on 8/12/21 at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 120 North Main Street, Liberty, New York at which time all sealed bids will be publicly opened and read for the following:

ITEM #1 - UNLEADED GASOLINE

ITEM #2 - FUEL OIL & KEROSENE

ITEM #3 - DIESEL FUEL

All items are for the period September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022.

FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Town of Liberty is the lead agent on behalf of the following municipalities:

TOWN OF LIBERTY

TOWN OF FALLSBURG

TOWN OF ROCKLAND

TOWN OF BETHEL

VILLAGE OF LIBERTY

Each bid shall be delivered in a securely sealed envelope, marked to indicate the contents. Each bid must contain a non-collusive bidding certificate. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
