LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the South Fallsburg Fire District shall hold a public hearing to discuss the proposed budget for 2022. The public hearing will be conducted at the Fallsburg Fire House located at 10 Railroad Ave, South Fallsburg, NY at 7:00 p.m. on October 19, 2021 in the large meeting room upstairs.

A copy of the proposed budget will be available at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Fallsburg and at the office of the Fire District Secretary where it may be inspected by any interested person beginning October 12, 2021.

In addition, copies of the proposed budget for 2022 will be available at the aforesaid public hearing. All interested persons are invited to attend. Due to Covid-19 masks are required and social distancing will be adhered too.
