The resolution, a summary of which is published herewith, has been adopted on the 7th day of June, 2021, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the Village of Woodridge, in the County of Sullivan, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this

Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution.

BOND RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF WOODRIDGE, NEW YORK, ADOPTED JUNE 7, 2021, AUTHORIZING VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN AND FOR THE VILLAGE, STATING THE ESTIMATED MAXIMUM COST THEREOF IS $197,000, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT FOR SUCH PURPOSES, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $197,000 TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION

The object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is: (a) the construction of improvements to the Village Hall elevator at the estimated maximum cost of $115,000; and (b) acquisition of a utility truck at the estimated maximum cost of $82,000.

The amount of obligations to be issued is $197,000.

The periods of probable usefulness applicable to all or some of the objects or purposes for which said bonds are authorized to be issued are in excess of ten (10) years; however, the bonds authorized pursuant to this resolution and any bond anticipation notes issued in anticipation of the sale of said bonds, shall mature no later than five (5) years after the date of original issuance of said bonds or notes.

A complete copy of the bond resolution summarized above shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the Village Clerk, at the Village Hall, 2 Dairyland Road, Woodridge, New York.
