Speedway License Renewal Application

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Bethel Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 7:45 p.m. at the Dr. Duggan Community Center, Meeting Room, 3460 Route 55, White Lake, New York for the renewal application of Bethel Motor Speedway according to Chapter 249 Racetracks.

Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communication in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
