PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Of Liberty Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on, August 12th, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Municipal Building, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, New York 12754 to hear all interested parties regarding the Site Plan change for the new gas station and car wash located at the Liberty Market. Said property is also identified by tax map number 108-6-38.

All interested persons will be provided an opportunity to speak as time permits.

Social distancing will be adhered to and masks are required.
