NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Woodridge will hold a public hearing on December 20, 2021 at 12:30 pm or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at Village Hall located at 2 Dairyland Rd, Woodridge, NY 12789, on a proposed Local Laws opting out of allowing Cannabis dispensaries and/ or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Village.

Copies of the proposed Local Laws are available for review located at the Clerk's office in the Village Hall at the address listed above during normal business hours. Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the Public Hearing. All comments can be made at the Public Hearing, Oral comments may be made at the Public Hearing, persons may appear in person or by agent. The Village Board is the lead agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Acting (SEQRA) for this unlisted action.

The Village of Woodridge will make every effort to make sure that the Public Hearing is accessible to people with disabilities. When requiring special assistance and or reasonable accommodations please contact the Village Clerk.
