NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Monticello will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021 at 6:00 o'clock p.m., for the property located at 312 East Broadway Street, Monticello, New York in person.

The property is owned by WC Holdings LLC and is located on tax map parcel section 113, block 3, and lot 10, 14 & 17.1 (S-B-L 113.-3-10,14 & 17.1) and is located in a B2/R1 (Core Business/Residential One Family) Zoning District.

The applicant is seeking to obtain a Site Plan Approval for the construction of a new 90ft x 82ft addition to the existing retail furniture store. The applicant is also looking to consolidate the three separate lots 10, 14 & 17 into one. The proposed project is an allowed use in the B2/R1 Zone subject to Planning Board review and approval.

A copy of the proposed plan is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and available for inspection by interested persons during Village Clerk's business hours.

The Planning Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Board must be received by the Board at or prior to the public hearing.
