NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Monticello will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 14th, 2021 at 6:00 o'clock p.m., for the property located at West Broadway, Monticello, New York in person

The property is owned by Woodstone Villas, LLC and is located on tax map parcel section 109.A, block 2, and lot 3.2 (S-B-L 109.A-2-3.2) and is located in a RM (Residential Multi) Zoning District.

The applicant is seeking to construct an 8 unit apartment building and a 16 unit apartment building on a 1.45 vacant lot. The proposed project is an allowed use in the RM Zone subject to Planning Board review and approval.

A copy of the proposed plan is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and available for inspection by interested persons during Village Clerk's business hours.

The Planning Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Board must be received by the Board at or prior to the public hearing.
