Roscoe Beer Company’s Winterfest finds new home on the mountain

Posted

The Roscoe Beer Company’s annual Winterfest on Saturday was at  a new venue this year thanks to their recently announced partnership with the Roscoe Mountain Club, formerly the Tennanah Lake Golf Course.

The fan-favorite activities made their anticipated reappearance, like the horse driven carriage rides, ice skating at the Roscoe Mountin Club’s official ice rink, and live ice carving by Stump Devils Wood Carving, which were complemented nicely by the increase in space up on the mountain. Additionally, thirsty festival-goers had multiple locations to fill up their cups with Roscoe Beer Company libations, including the Wolf’s lodge, their cozy barn and the ice rink.

Scattered all along the venue were yard games, fire pits and heating lamps that were occupied from the festival’s start to end. Keeping up the vibes were two musical acts that split their time between the two indoor sections so that no matter where you chose to keep warm, there was a tune to tap your foot to.

The event invited out families of all ages, as well as their pets, making the day an enriching time for all to be had.

In previous years, the Winterfest was held at the Roscoe Beer Company’s main building in Roscoe. If you missed out on this year, or if you still have a thirst for Roscoe Beer Company’s craft drinks and food, their brewery’s doors are open from noon to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
