FALLSBURG — On Saturday, June 24, the Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop at the Rivoli Theatre in South Fallsburg celebrated and dedicated its Dove. President Dawn Perneszi welcomed the crowd which included Hon. Megan Galligan, NY State Supreme Court Judge, Hon. Robert Scheinman, Town of Fallsburg Justice, Rebecca Pratt and Miranda Behan, Town of Fallsburg Board Members, Sean Wall-Carty, Deputy Supervisor, and County Legislator Joe Perello. She thanked the SCDW Board for its work in applying for and installing the Dove and the cast of the upcoming show, “Oliver”, for its performance to honor the occasion. Dawn talked about what this Dove symbolizes – Peace, Love, Harmony and Community. The SC Dramatic Workshop then dedicated the Dove to its beloved Bunny Wolosczcak who championed the procurement of this Dove because she was all about Peace, Love, Harmony and Community. The SCDW is proud to be included in the Dove Trail and hopes that this symbol will enhance our community.
