Hunters far up in age
that has been the law
Never children ten to twelve
never heard of this before
Picking up the paper a day or two ago
Before my eyes I felt hypnotized
A hunting kiddies go
Don’t we have enough problems
Who is making this go through
Imagine a child of yours
Being taught just what to do
Men had had lots of mishaps
Many I’ve read about
Only guys like twenty-one
You’d fear them, yell and shout
This article about the children
Was written and observed by law
If you want a few opinons
Just come knocking at my door.

I ask you are you kidding me? You never heard of the ages going down? It's been going on for quite a while now.
Younger as they go, go into the woods hunting with the knowledge and the correct teachings of safety more than you know including supervision.
If you researched before writing you'd see that the 'mishaps by men' have come down to super low numbers to almost non-existent.
Teaching a child young in age the proper & safe way to handle and use firearms and bows is a great thing to do and you won't be scared by these kids as you think. YOU would have to be worried/scared by the other ones.
I did teach each of my children on what/how to do so not to worry about them.
Yes we have more than enough problems and you ask who put this through? Parents most likely, but the same politicians that put through NO Bail, all-in-one bathroom, boys competing as girls on girls sports against girls, defunding the police and etc. Sure we got problems and then you have kids that only know the box, cell phones and electronic game playing.
This here is good thing.
