March 12 — March is certainly right on track for coming in like a lion in the form of rain and winds, but hopefully it will continue suite and go out like a lamb. We are looking forward to warmer temperatures to dry up all the mud and to get out there and get started on planting our gardens.

I had the pleasure of attending the ribbon cutting of JURNI Quantum Healing located at 420 Bernas Road in Cochecton a few weeks ago, and I am so very excited for another woman-owned, local, small business to pop up in our community.

The Cochecton Men’s Club will be hosting their Annual Easter Egg Hunt on March 30th at the Cochecton Men’s Club Sports Complex starting at 1:00 PM. Free hot dogs and treats- hope to see you all there.

There will be a Penny Social at the Lake Huntington Presbyterian Church on Saturday, April 27. Doors open at 11:30am, Calling begins at 12:30pm. Hot dogs and soda for sale. Many great prices and raffles, fun for all.

There will be an opening for the captivating Metamorphosis exhibit on March 16th from 3-5p at the Arts Nest located in Lake Huntington.
