Several swearing-in ceremonies have  recently been held across New York’s 19th Congressional District where Marc Molinaro has taken the oath. Recently some local officials attended the one in Saugerties where the Hon. Chris Gibson, who himself once represented the constituents of NY-19, administered the oath of office.
