There needs to be a day in between Sunday and Monday, I am too tired to start the week off tomorrow. Crazy busy weekend in queens for my brother-in-law's 70th birthday, a cousin's wake, my nephew's band was playing and a night out with Tommy's sister Eileen. Yes two Eileens. This weekend was the first time I ever thought of moving back down there. As soon as I got back home that thought went right out of my head.

Wednesday, October 30th the Sullivan West Junior class fundraiser, the original Ghostbusters, will be at the Callicoon Theater.

Woodloch Pines held a Susan G. Komen special event to raise money for breast cancer. Great night out and it was a lot of fun. I won a dinner and a show for two at Woodloch. I put all my tickets in the one basket. I only go for the gift certificates.

As a follow up to August planned treatment, after some communication bank and forth with the Pond Connection and the lake of the type of algae that coppersulfate targets. We, the board, decided it would make more sense to save the money and put it towards Sea Clear or similar DEC approved treatment starting in May of 2020. If you have not sent in your 2020 dues, please do so. Every dollar helps. Thank you again for your continued support, Michael F. Popolillo.

Tuesday, November 5 is Election Day, please come out and vote. The Republican club members are selling tickets for their annual Election Day Chicken BBQ. Take-out only $12 each and pick up will be at Lake Huntington Fire House, State Route 116, from 4-6:30 p.m. Call Ed Grund at 845-252-7363 for tickets. The Presbyterian Church Ladies Aid will be selling their bake goods starting at 10 a.m. in the Town Hall.

Please keep the family of Joe Wagner in your thoughts and prayers. Joe passed away last week.

Keep smiling and have a great week, you can e-mail me at leeniebeans@citlink.net or call 845-252-3568 if you have any news.
