Patricia J. Olmstead Smith, a life long resident of Monticello and Rock Hill, NY, entered into eternal rest on July 23, 2023 in Wythville, VA, after a short illness. The daughter of Mary and Blake Olmstead, she was born in Monticello, and graduated from Monticello High School in 1970. She is survived by her son, Shawn C. Smith of Wythville, VA, her father Blake Olmstead of Conway, SC, her brother Carl Olmstead of Louisville, KY, sister Margret (Bob) Lounsbury of Monticello, NY, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Mary Olmstead, and sister Mary Jahn. Per Pat’s request, there will be a private burial at the Rock Hill Cemetery.
