SULLIVAN COUNTY — On Thursday, February 15 Keith Nash, 31, of South Fallsburg was arrested by the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office on a Family Court Child Support warrant. It is alleged that Nash owed $1200 in support payments. The defendant was also wanted on a felony warrant for Grand Larceny. The defendant allegedly collected $1152 in food stamps that he was not entitled to. Keith Nash was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and released on his own recognizance under New York’s bail reform law. He is due back in court on February 21 at 2:00 PM.
