SULLIVAN COUNTY — The Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce Foundation will award a $500 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who resides in Sullivan County, NY and plans to study at an accredited 2 or 4-year college in NY State.
Application Eligibility Requirements:
• Students who are high school seniors residing in Sullivan County, NY and graduating in the spring of 2023.
• Students who will study at an accredited college in NY State.
• Students who are U.S. citizens.
Application Instructions and Checklist:
• Applications are available on-line on our Facebook page Facebook.com/LeadershipSullivan.
• Applicants must include the following information with their application:
− Official school transcripts.
− Two letters of reference.
− Completed essay.
− Applicant signature.
− Parent/guardian signature (if applicant is under 18 years.)
− Include completed checklist – Page 2 of application, signed by advisor/parent/guardian and student.
Scholarship applications will be received by the Sullivan County Chamber Foundation up to, but no later than, 5 pm on May 19. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
